By accessing or using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our Services.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Nordtell provides eSIM connectivity services for compatible devices. Our Services include:
- Sale of eSIM data plans for various countries and regions
- eSIM activation and management
- Customer support related to our eSIM products
- Account management and billing services
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our Services at any time with reasonable notice.
To use certain features of our Services, you may need to create an account. When you register, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain and promptly update your account information
- Keep your password secure and confidential
- Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or contain inaccurate information.
4.1 Compatibility
Before purchasing an eSIM, ensure your device is compatible with eSIM technology. We provide compatibility information, but you are responsible for verifying compatibility with your specific device model.
4.2 Activation
Upon successful purchase, you will receive activation instructions via email within 24 hours. eSIMs must be activated within the specified timeframe indicated in the product description (typically 30 days from purchase).
4.3 Usage Limitations
eSIM data plans are subject to:
- Fair usage policies as determined by the network provider
- Speed limitations after exceeding data allowance (typically reduced to 2G speeds)
- Validity periods as specified in the product description
- Coverage limitations based on the network provider's service area
- Local regulations and restrictions in the destination country
4.4 Network Quality
While we partner with leading network providers to ensure reliable connectivity, we cannot guarantee network quality, availability, or coverage, as these factors depend on third-party network providers, local infrastructure, and environmental conditions.
5.1 Pricing
All prices are displayed in your selected currency and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but price changes will not affect orders already placed.
5.2 Payment Methods
We accept various payment methods including credit cards, debit cards, and digital payment platforms as indicated during checkout. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method.
5.3 Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products:
- Purchases are generally non-refundable once the eSIM has been activated
- Refunds may be considered for inactive eSIMs within 14 days of purchase
- Technical issues preventing service usage may qualify for partial or full refunds at our discretion
- Refunds for compatibility issues will only be considered if our compatibility information was incorrect
Refund requests should be submitted to our customer support team within the specified timeframe with relevant order details and reason for the request.
All content, features, and functionality of our Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, are owned by Nordtell or our licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any materials from our Services without our express written consent, except as permitted by applicable law or these Terms.
The Nordtell name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Nordtell or its affiliates. You must not use such marks without our prior written permission.
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
- Use our Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, accounts, or networks
- Interfere with, disrupt, or create an undue burden on our Services or servers
- Resell, lease, or share eSIMs without our express written permission
- Use eSIMs for commercial message routing, SIM boxing, or automated machine-to-machine connections without authorization
- Use our Services to transmit spam, malware, or other harmful content
- Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
- Collect or store personal data about other users without their consent
Violation of these prohibited activities may result in immediate termination of your account and legal action.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Nordtell and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, partners, and licensors shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses
- Service interruptions, computer damage, or system failures
- Any damages arising from your use or inability to use our Services
- Any damages resulting from third-party network provider issues
- Any damages caused by force majeure events
Our total liability for any claims related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the applicable purchase in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Nordtell and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:
- Your violation of these Terms or any applicable law
- Your use of the Services in a manner not authorized by these Terms
- Your violation of any rights of another party
- Any content you submit, post, or transmit through the Services
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Prague, Czech Republic, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.
Before filing any legal action, you agree to first contact us to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We are committed to working with our customers to resolve disputes in a fair and timely manner.
